Our Facility

One of our key strengths is our facility. Funderburk Enterprises, LLC owns Jell-O factory complex, which includes more than 120,000 square feet of floor space. There are currently no encumbrances on the building. This gives us a significant advantage over our competition by reducing our operating costs.

The facility is located on the site of the original Jell-O manufacturing plant at 57 North Street in LeRoy, New York. The facility is only 3.5 miles from the intersection of two major highways: the New York State Thruway (I-90) and Interstate 490 (I-490). LeRoy is centrally located in Western New York, with Buffalo only 40 minutes to the west and Rochester just 30 minutes to the northeast.

Visitor Center, Tasting Room, Event Area, and Offices

The front portion of the building (~5300 Sq. Ft.) will be used for a Visitor Reception and Tasting Room area and administrative offices. The facility is currently ready to begin build out.

Factory Space for Production and Storage

The warehouse portion of the building will be ideal for the production and storage of spirits as they undergo their maturation process.

The facility is in a New York State Empire Zone. Qualified Empire Zone Enterprises (QEZEs) are eligible for sales tax exemption, real property and business tax credits for businesses locating and expanding in EZs. The purpose of the Empire Zones Program is to give companies that increase employment the opportunity to operate on an almost “tax-free” basis for up to 10 years in designated areas of the State, with additional savings available on a declining basis in years 11 through 15.
